THE COURT ORDERS THAT:
1. Pursuant to s 447A(1) of the Corporations Act, the time provided by s 439B(2) for resuming the adjourned meeting of creditors of Gold Search International Pty Ltd held on 9 March 2012 be extended to 17 September 2012. 2. Richard Trygve Rhort shall inform creditors of the company at least five business days before the meeting by: (i) Sending by ordinary pre-paid post notice of the meeting to each creditor's last known address; and (ii) Placing an advertisement with details of the meeting in The Australian newspaper. 3. Liberty is granted to any person to apply to vary these orders on 48 hours' notice to the administrator. 4. The costs of the application be costs in the administration of the company. The Court declares that the meeting of creditors of Gold Search International Pty Ltd on 9 March 2012 has not terminated but is to be treated as having been adjourned to 17 September 2012. Note: Entry of orders is dealt with in Rule 39.32 of the Federal Court Rules 2011.
