The directions hearing is adjourned to 11.30 am on 26 April 2012. 3. The matter is to be listed for hearing for 2 days, commencing at 10.15 am on 31 July 2012. 4. The parties have liberty to apply on 48 hours notice. 5. Costs in the interlocutory hearing of 4 April 2012 are reserved. Note: Entry of orders is dealt with in Rule 39.32 of the Federal Court Rules 2011.
