That Martin Bruce Jones and Malcolm Field of Ferrier Hodgson, official liquidators, be appointed the liquidators of Field Deployment Solutions Pty Ltd. 3. The plaintiffs' costs be taxed and reimbursed out of the property of Field Deployment Solutions Pty Ltd in accordance with s 466(2) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). Note: Entry of orders is dealt with in Rule 39.32 of the Federal Court Rules 2011.
