THE COURT ORDERS THAT:

1. Global Ads System Pty Ltd (ACN 604 405 263) be wound up in insolvency pursuant to section 459B of the Corporations Act 2001(Cth) ("the Act"). 2. Robyn-Lee Erskine and Adrian Hunter, official liquidators, of Brooke Bird of 471 Riverside Road, Hawthorn East, in the State of Victoria be appointed as joint and several liquidators to Global Ads System Pty Ltd (ACN 604 405 263) with all relevant statutory powers given to liquidators under the Act. 3. The defendants pay the plaintiff's costs of the winding up application. Note: Entry of orders is dealt with in Rule 39.32 of the Federal Court Rules 2011.
