Catchwords: MIGRATION – appeal against dismissal of application for judicial review in the Federal Circuit Court (FCC) – Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) cancelled appellant's visa after finding that he had breached a condition of that visa for working in excess of the hours which he was permitted to work – tribunal member had evidence to support her findings – there was no failure to enquire about a critical fact – no reviewable error shown on the part of the tribunal member or the FCC. Held: appeal dismissed.
