Catchwords: CONTRACTS - First Applicant contracted with a company to design and manufacture tools for the production of components of mobile garbage bins – First Respondent, which was related to the company, later manufactured and sold mobile garbage bins making use of the designs for the First Applicant's product – determination of content of contract – whether there was an implied term as to the beneficial ownership of computer aided design drawings – whether there was an implied term as to the confidentiality of the drawings.
