REASONS FOR JUDGMENT
(REVISED FROM THE TRANSCRIPT) RARES J: 1 Vangu Kitoko seeks an extension of time in which to file a notice of appeal from the decision of the Federal Circuit Court dismissing his claim that he had been the victim of unlawful discrimination by the University of Technology Sydney, the respondent, on the grounds of, first, his race, as a black African, and, secondly, disability by reason of physical and mental injuries that he suffered in an accident at Mirvac's Broadway shopping centre in 2010, during the first year of his PhD study.
