The respondent terminated the employment of the applicant in contravention of Section 170DE of the Industrial Relations Act 1988. 2. The respondent pay to the applicant $575 in compensation pursuant to Section 170EE(2) of the Industrial Relations Act 1988. 3. The respondent pay to the applicant the sum of $675 in damages for breach of the contract of employment between the applicant and the respondent. 4. The amounts referred to in orders 2 and 3 be paid by the respondent to the applicant within 14 days. NOTE: Settlement and entry of Orders is dealt with by Order 36 of the Industrial Relations Court Rules
