The respondent pay to the applicant the sum of $50.00 pursuant to s.170DB(4) of the Industrial Relations Act 1988. 3. The respondent pay to the applicant the sum of $150.00 by way of commission payments. AND FURTHER ORDERS THAT within 21 days of the date of making these orders: 4. The respondent pay to the applicant compensation in the sum of $5,633.33 less any sum required to be deducted therefrom by the respondent pursuant to the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936 and actually paid to the Commissioner of Taxation. 5. There be liberty to each party to apply to the Court on reasonable notice on the amount of compensation payable pursuant to the lastmentioned order. NOTE: Settlement and entry of orders is dealt with by Order 36 of the Industrial Relations Court Rules.
