THE TRIBUNAL DIRECTS THAT:
1. The parties submit within 10 days proposed orders giving effect to these reasons by submitting the proposed orders to the Registrar of the Tribunal, Registrar Belcher. 2. These interim orders made pursuant to s 160 of the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and the reasons for the determination are published from the Chambers of the President of the Copyright Tribunal of Australia, the Hon Justice Andrew Greenwood. 3. The Confidential Schedule to the Reasons for Determination are published to the solicitor having the carriage of the application for the applicant, Mr Timothy Webb of Clayton Utz and the solicitor for the respondent, Mr John Fairbairn of MinterEllison, having regard to the confidentiality arrangements to which both solicitors are parties. 4. The Confidential Schedule may be supplied by either Mr Webb or Mr Fairbairn to any individual who has entered into the relevant arrangements for the preservation of the confidentiality of the information contained in the Confidential Schedule.
