THE TRIBUNAL DECIDES THAT:-
Ronald Alan Harris is guilty of a breach of discipline alleged in the notice dated 20 September 1982 signed by the Commissioner pursuant to Regulation I9 of the Australian Federal Police (Discipline) Regulaticns, and which bears identification number AFP: 29/8283.
Ronald Alan Harris is guilty of a breach of discipline alleged in the notice dated 20 September 19382 signed by the Commissioner pursuant to Regulation 19 of the Austraiian Federal Police (Discipiine) Regulations, and which bears identification number AFP: 30/8283.
The proceedings be remitted to the Commissioner for the imposition of a penalty on Ronald Alan Harris in respect of the said breaches of discipline.
