the Australian Federal Police, is not guilty of the disciplinary offence alleged in Notification No. AFP 2/8687, the charge therein being that on or about 6 September 1985, he did use the fact that he was a member of the Australian Federal Police for the purpose of obtaining a personal advantage, namely, the issue to him of free promotional tickets to the 1985 JAMES HARDIE 1000 motor race.

AND THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS THAT:

Ave The said charge be dismissed. 2. The Commonwealth pay the Respondent's costs. 3s There be liberty to apply.
