The Parliament of Australia enacts:
1 Short title
This Act may be cited as the Age Discrimination (Consequential Provisions) Act 2004.
2 Commencement
(1) Each provision of this Act specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, on the day or at the time specified in column 2 of the table.

Schedule 2, item 22 Immediately after the commencement of Schedule 1 to the Australian Human Rights Commission Legislation Act 2004, subject to subsection (4) Never commenced 7. Schedule 2, items 23 to 28 The later of: Never commenced (a) immediately after the commencement of the Age Discrimination Act 2004; and (b) immediately after the commencement of Schedule 1 to the Australian Human Rights Commission Legislation Act 2004
