An Act to amend the Companies (Acquisition of Shares-Fees) Act 1980
[Assented to 18 June 1981]
BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:
Short title, &c. 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Companies (Acquisition of Shares-Fees) Amendment Act 1981. (2) The Companies (Acquisition of Shares-Fees) Act 19801 is in this Act referred to as the Principal Act.
Commencement 2. This Act shall come into operation on a date to be fixed by Proclamation.
Fees payable 3. Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended— (a) by omitting from paragraph (1) (d) "and"; and
(b) by inserting after paragraph (1) (e) the following word and paragraph: "; and (f) the submission to the Commission of documents for examination by the Commission,".
