An Act to amend the law about industrial relations, and for other purposes

The Parliament of Australia enacts:

1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the Industrial Relations and other Legislation Amendment Act 1995.

2 Commencement

(1) Sections 1 to 12 and Schedules 5, 7, 8, 9 and 10 commence on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.

(2) The items set out in the Schedules other than Schedules 5, 7, 8, 9 and 10 commence on a day or days to be fixed by Proclamation.
