The Parliament of Australia enacts:
1 Short title This Act may be cited as the Higher Education Support Amendment (University College London) Act 2010.
2 Commencement This Act is taken to have commenced on 1 January 2010.
3 Schedule(s) Each Act that is specified in a Schedule to this Act is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this Act has effect according to its terms.
Schedule 1—Amendments
Higher Education Support Act 2003
1 Subsection 16‑22(1) (at the end of the table) Add: University College London, a non‑profit organisation established under United Kingdom law
2 Application (1) The amendment made by this Schedule applies in relation to units of study offered by the University College London on or after 1 January 2010. (2) In this item: unit of study has the same meaning as in the Higher Education Support Act 2003.
