The Parliament of Australia enacts:
1 Short title This Act may be cited as the Indigenous Education (Targeted Assistance) Amendment Act 2013.
2 Commencement This Act commences on the day this Act receives the Royal Assent.
3 Schedule(s) Each Act that is specified in a Schedule to this Act is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this Act has effect according to its terms.
Schedule 1—Amendments
Indigenous Education (Targeted Assistance) Act 2000
1 Subsection 14B(1) (table item 4) Omit "$132,607,000", substitute "$132,686,000".
2 Subsection 14C(1) (table item 1) Omit "$137,699,000", substitute "$140,875,000".
