NORFOLK ISLAND
Norfolk Island Broadcasting Regulations 2002 _______________________________________________________________________
Short title 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Norfolk Island Broadcasting Regulations 2002.
Commencement 2. These Regulations shall commence on the day on which notification of their being made is published in the Gazette.
Interpretation 3. In these Regulations "the Act" means the Norfolk Island Broadcasting Act 2001.
Prescribed manner and form of application 4. For the purposes of subsection 13(1) of the Act, an applicant for a licence shall apply for a licence as prescribed by Form 1 in Schedule 1.
Form of licence 5. For the purpose of sections 10, 11 and 13 of the Norfolk Island Broadcasting Act 2001, the prescribed form of licence to be issued by the Minister is that in Form 2 of Schedule 1. Prescribed fee 6. The fees prescribed for the purposes of section 13(4) of the Norfolk Island Broadcasting Act 2001 are set out in Schedule 2.
