Trustee Regulations Regulations No. 5 of 1980 _______________________________________________________________________
Being Regulations, made by the Administrator, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, under the Trustee Act 1931.
Short title 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Trustee Regulations. Modification of Trustee Act 2. The Trustee Act is modified by omitting from section 43(6)(b) of the Trustee Act 1925 of the State of New South Wales the words "twenty-one years" and substituting "18 years".
