Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Pharmacy Act 1956.
Commencement 2. This Act shall commence on a date to be fixed by the Minister by notice posted on or near the Court House, Norfolk Island.
Interaction with requirements under National Law 3. If a registered pharmaceutical chemist is required to do something or to do something in a particular manner under a National Law, this Act has no effect to the extent that it would, apart from this section, prevent the registered pharmaceutical chemist from complying with the requirement.
