The Parliament of Australia enacts:
1 Short title This Act is the Competition and Consumer Amendment (Misuse of Market Power) Act 2017.
2 Commencement (1) Each provision of this Act specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

The whole of this Act At the same time as Schedule 1 to the Competition and Consumer Amendment (Competition Policy Review) Act 2017 commences. 6 November 2017 However, the provisions do not commence at all if that Schedule does not commence.
