An Act to amend the law relating to the Independent Commission Against Corruption of New South Wales and the prosecution of offences on Norfolk Island, and for related purposes

The Parliament of Australia enacts:
1 Short title This Act is the Investigation and Prosecution Measures Act 2018.
2 Commencement (1) Each provision of this Act specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1 The later of: 22 May 2018 (a) the day this Act receives the Royal Assent; and (paragraph (a) applies) (b) the day the Independent Commission Against Corruption Amendment Act 2016 (NSW) commences. However, the provisions do not commence at all if the event mentioned in paragraph (b) does not occur. 3. Schedules 2 and 3 The day after this Act receives the Royal Assent. 23 May 2018
