ASSOCIATIONS INCORPORATION REGULATIONS 2005
Citation 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Associations Incorporation Regulations 2005.
Interpretation 2. In these Regulations a reference to a form by number is a reference to the form so numbered in Schedule 1.
Requirements relating to documents 3. The Registrar may refuse to accept an application, notice or other document which, under the Act, is required to be filed or otherwise lodged with him — (a) if the document is not on A4 paper with a margin at least 25 cm wide on the left hand side of each sheet; or (b) if the document has been, or appears to the Registrar to have been, altered in any particular.
Form of notice of intention to apply 4. (1) For the purposes of section 8 of the Act, Form 1A is prescribed. (2) For the purpose of section 52(2) of the Act, Form 1B is prescribed.
Form of application 5. (1) For the purpose of section 10 of the Act, Form 2A is prescribed.
(2) For the purpose of subsection 52(7) of the Act, Form 2A is prescribed
