An Act to amend the Australian Sports Anti‑Doping Authority Act 2006, and for related purposes

The Parliament of Australia enacts:
1 Short title This Act is the Australian Sports Anti‑Doping Authority Amendment (Sport Integrity Australia) Act 2020.
2 Commencement (1) Each provision of this Act specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 3, Part 1 The later of: 1 July 2020 (a) the day after this Act receives the Royal Assent; and (paragraph (b) applies) (b) 1 July 2020. However, the provisions do not commence at all if Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Australian Sports Anti‑Doping Authority Amendment (Enhancing Australia's Anti‑Doping Capability) Act 2020 commences on or before the day on which Schedule 1 to this Act commences. 4. Schedule 3, Part 2 The later of: Never commenced (a) the day after this Act receives the Royal Assent; and (b) 1 July 2020. However, the provisions do not commence at all unless Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Australian Sports Anti‑Doping Authority Amendment (Enhancing Australia's Anti‑Doping Capability) Act 2020 commences before the day on which Schedule 1 to this Act commences. 5. Schedule 4 The later of: 1 July 2020 (a) the day after this Act receives the Royal Assent; and (paragraph (b) applies) (b) 1 July 2020.
