The Parliament of Australia enacts:
1 Short title This Act is the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Regulatory Levies) Amendment (Miscellaneous Measures) Act 2020.
2 Commencement (1) Each provision of this Act specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 2 At the same time as Schedule 2 to the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Amendment (Cross‑boundary Greenhouse Gas Titles and Other Measures) Act 2020 commences. 16 May 2020 However, the provisions do not commence at all if that Schedule does not commence. 4. Schedule 3 Immediately after the commencement of section 2 of the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Regulatory Levies) Amendment Act 2019. 28 October 2019
