Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) (Land Description) (Birdum (Jommet Block) Locality) Regulations
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) Act 1976.

Citation 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) (Land Description) (Birdum (Jommet Block) Locality) Regulations.
Interpretation 2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears: "Act" means the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) Act 1976.
Amendment of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Act 3. Schedule 1 to the Act is amended by omitting the description set out in the item in Part 2 relating to the BIRDUM (JOMMET BLOCK) LOCALITY and substituting the following description:
"All that parcel of land in the Northern Territory containing an area of 83,980 hectares more or less, being all of Northern Territory portion 2016 and being more particularly delineated on Survey Plans S89/299a to S89/299j lodged with the Surveyor-General, Darwin.".
