Currency Regulations2 (Amendment)
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Currency Act 1965.

Designs of coins Regulation 4 of the Currency Regulations is amended by inserting after subparagraph (d) (viiieb) the following subparagraph: "(viiiec) in the case of a coin of the denomination of $10 that refers on its obverse side to the year 1989 as the year of the coin— the inscriptions 'QUEENSLAND' and '10 DOLLARS' and a representation of the coat of arms of the State of Queensland;".
