South Pacific Nuclear Free Zone Treaty Regulations
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the South Pacific Nuclear Free Zone Treaty Act 1986.

Citation 1. These Regulations may be cited as the South Pacific Nuclear Free Zone Treaty Regulations.
Privileges and immunities of Treaty inspectors 2. (1) The following privileges and immunities are conferred on a Treaty inspector in respect of acts done and words spoken and written by that inspector in the exercise of a power conferred by section 22 of the South Pacific Nuclear Free Zone Treaty Act 1986: (a) immunity from arrest or detention; (b) immunity from legal process; (c) inviolability for all papers and documents.
