REGULATIONS UNDER THE AIR ACCIDENTS (COMMONWEALTH GOVERNMENT LIABILITY) ACT 1963*

Minister of State for Social Security ————— AIR ACCIDENTS (COMMONWEALTH GOVERNMENT LIABILITY) REGULATIONS
Citation 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Air Accidents (Commonwealth Government Liability) Regulations.
Interpretation 2. In these Regulations, "the Act" means the Air Accidents (Commonwealth Government Liability) Act 1963.
Bodies corporate to which Act applies 3. For the purposes of the definition of "Commonwealth authority" in section 4 of the Act, each body corporate (not being a company, society or association) that is incorporated for a public purpose by a law of a Territory is declared to be a body corporate in relation to which the Act applies.
