These Regulations may be cited as the Crimes (Aviation) Regulations.
2 Commencement
These Regulations commence on 16 March 1992.
3 Interpretation
In these Regulations, the Act means the Crimes (Aviation) Act 1991.
4 Prescribed airports
For the purposes of subparagraph (a) (iii) of the definition of authorised person in section 3 of the Act, and paragraphs 26 (1) (a) and (2) (a) of the Act, the following airports are prescribed: (a) in Australia — each airport mentioned in the Schedule; and (b) outside Australia — each airport serving international civil aviation.
