This Declaration may be cited as the Superannuation (PSS) Approved Authority Exclusion Declaration.

2 Commencement

This Declaration commences on 1 July 1995.

3 Interpretation

In this Declaration, unless the contrary intention appears: the Act means the Superannuation Act 1990.

4 Excluded authorities

Each of the following authorities and bodies is declared, under paragraph (a) of the definition of approved authority in section 3 of the Act, not to be an approved authority for the purposes of the Act:
