APPROVAL IN RELATION TO FLIGHT DATA RECORDER
I, EUGENE HOLZAPFEL, Manager, Technical Specialists, Certification Standards Branch, CASA, under subregulation 207 (2) of the Civil Aviation Regulations 1988, approve the operation of the aircraft bearing nationality and registration marks VH-NJA with an approved flight data recorder system that complies with the requirements of section 103.19 of the Civil Aviation Orders except for item 2 of Appendix I.
The approval is subject to the aircraft being fitted with the other equipment required under section 20.18 of the Civil Aviation Orders.
