INSTRUMENT NUMBER: CASA 04/98 CIVIL AVIATION ACT 1988 CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS I, JOHN EDWIN INNES PIKE, Acting Director of Aviation Safety, on behalf of CASA, under regulation 151 of the Civil Aviation Regulations, authorise the helicopters operated by the Police Air Wing of the Victoria Police (Aviation Reference Number 053072) to engage in operational training in winching in accordance with the conditions set out in Schedule 1. The provisions of section 29.11 of the Civil Aviation Orders have effect only to the extent specified in Schedule 1. SCHEDULE 1 CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO TRAINING OPERATIONS 1.
