APPROVAL UNDER SUBREGULATION 207 (2)
I, FRANK RICHARD HAMILTON GRIMSHAW, General Manager, Airworthiness Branch, CASA, a delegate of CASA, under subregulation 207 (2) of the Civil Aviation Regulations approve the operation of the 3 aircraft bearing the nationality and registration marks VH-LAF, VH-LAG or VH-LHG, respectively: (a) with an approved flight data recorder system that retains its last 5 hours of recording; and (b) with an approved cockpit voice recorder system that retains its last 60 minutes of recording and complies with the requirements of subsection 2 of section 103.20 of the Civil Aviation Orders except for recording simultaneously on only 3 channels.
This approval is subject to both recorder systems being operated in accordance with paragraphs 6.3, 6.4 and 6.6 of section 20.18 of the Civil Aviation Orders.
