CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS
I, JOHN EDWIN INNES PIKE, Deputy Director, a delegate of CASA, under regulation 151 of the Civil Aviation Regulations, authorise the helicopters operated by Lloyd Helicopters Pty Ltd (Aviation Reference Number 222688) to engage in operational training in winching in accordance with the conditions set out in Schedule 1.
The provisions of section 29.11 of the Civil Aviation Orders have effect only to the extent specified in Schedule 1.
SCHEDULE 1
CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO TRAINING OPERATIONS
1. The training must be carried out in accordance with: (a) the requirements of section 29.11 (other than subsection 5) of the Civil Aviation Orders; and (b) the relevant sections of the Lloyd Helicopter Operations Manual as in force at the date of this instrument. _______________________
