EXEMPTION RELATING TO CERTAIN AERODROMES IN THE TORRES STRAIT AND CAPE YORK PENINSULA AREA — REGULATION 92A
I, MICHAEL ROBERT TOLLER, Director of Aviation Safety:
(1) revoke exemption number CASA 05/1999; and
(2) having taken into account all relevant considerations relating to safety, under regulation 308 of the Civil Aviation Regulations 1988 (CAR 1988):
(a) exempt each aircraft employed in regular public transport operations to and from a special category aerodrome from compliance with the provisions of regulation 92A of CAR 1988; and
(b) exempt the operator of an aircraft referred to in paragraph (a) and each member of the flight crew of that aircraft from compliance with regulation 92A of CAR 1988 while he or she is in, on, or otherwise associated with, the operation of that aircraft.
In this instrument: special category aerodrome has the same meaning as in section 82.3 of the Civil Aviation Orders.
