EXEMPTION TO PERMIT CERTAIN BELL HELICOPTERS TO BE USED IN REGULAR PUBLIC TRANSPORT OPERATIONS AT THE PARRAMATTA HELIPORT IN NSW
I, JOHN EDWIN INNES PIKE, a delegate of CASA, under regulation 308 of the Civil Aviation Regulations (the Regulations), having taken into account all relevant considerations relating to the interests of safety, exempt Bell 206 helicopters operated by Sydney Helicopters Pty Ltd and engaged in regular public transport operations from compliance with subregulation 92A (3) of the Regulations when taking off from, or landing at, the Parramatta Heliport, NSW.
