CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS
REQUIREMENT UNDER SUBREGULATION 222 (1)
I, GARY FREDERICK STEWART REINKE, a delegate of CASA, under subregulation 222 (1) of the Civil Aviation Regulations, require the proving test set out in the Schedule to be conducted in relation to the BAe 146-200 aircraft to be operated by Southern Australia Airlines Pty Ltd (Aviation Reference Number 407595) in accordance with the requirements set out in the Schedule.
Paragraph 15.1 of section 20.11 of the Civil Aviation Orders does not have effect in relation to the BAe 146-200 aircraft.
SCHEDULE
PROVING TEST
1. A demonstration of crew competency in emergency evacuation procedures is to be carried out using 2 discrete crews.
2. The demonstration must be in accordance with paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 17, 18 and 19 of Appendix I of section 20.11 of the Civil Aviation Orders.
3. The demonstration is to be continued to the point where the last required door is open within the time determined by the original type certification data.
