PROCLAMATION
I, REAR ADMIRAL PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Administrator of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsection 60E (6) of the Family Law Act 1975, declare that the amendments of Part VII of that Act made by the Law and Justice Legislation Amendment Act 1992 extend to Tasmania on and from 1 November 1995.
