APPROVAL UNDER SUBREGULATION 207 (2)
I, EUGENE HOLZAPFEL, Acting Section Head Systems, Certification Standards Branch, CASA, a delegate of CASA, under subregulation 207 (2) of the Civil Aviation Regulations 1988 approve the operation of the aircraft bearing the nationality and registration marks VH-LHD with an approved flight data recorder system that retains its last 8 hours of recording, provided that the aircraft is equipped with an approved cockpit voice recorder system as required by paragraph 6.1 of section 20.18 of the Civil Aviation Orders that retains its last 90 minutes of recording.
