AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive (AD) AD/DAUPHIN/19 and issues the following AD under subregulation 39.001(1) of CASR 1998. The AD requires that the action set out in the requirement section (being action that the delegate considers necessary to correct the unsafe condition) be taken in relation to the aircraft or aeronautical product mentioned in the applicability section: (a) in the circumstances mentioned in the requirement section; and (b) in accordance with the instructions set out in the requirement section; and (c) at the time mentioned in the compliance section.
Eurocopter SA 360 and SA 365 (Dauphin) Series Helicopters AD/DAUPHIN/19 Amdt 1 Consolidation of Early 6/2005 Airworthiness Directives
Applicability: Models SA 360, SA 361, SA 365C, C1, C2, and C3 helicopters. Requirement: 1. For SA 360, SA 361, and SA 365C, C1, C2, and C3 helicopters; with tail rotor block assembly No.1 not modified by AMS 07.9028 and AMS 07.9034:

Note: DGAC AD 84-151-23(B) refers. Compliance: Before issue of a Certificate of Airworthiness. This Amendment becomes effective on 9 June 2005. Background: Early airworthiness directive modification and inspection service bulletins have been consolidated into this Directive.
Amendment 1 is issued to clarify applicability by specifying affected helicopters; with no change to technical content.
