Schedule 1 Extent of exemption The exemption applies only to the requirement in paragraph 7.2 (1) of Civil Aviation Order 40.6 for the applicant to remain under the supervision of an approved agricultural (aeroplane) pilot for a minimum of 110 hours flight time logged on agricultural operations.
