Requirement: Action in accordance with Agusta Bollettino Tecnico 109-95.
Note: RAI AD 94-71 refers.
Compliance: Part I: Within 25 hours' time in service after 26 May 1994.
Part II: At each 100 hour inspection after compliance with Part I. Part III: Prior to 30 June 1994. Background: This Directive is issued following the loss of an emergency exit in flight. This was due to incomplete engagement of the locking pins and improper safety wire installation.
