Applicability: All A320 series aircraft without Airbus Industrie modifications 22647 and 22855.
Requirement: Action in accordance with Airbus Industrie Service Bulletin A320-28-1040 Revision 1 dated 3 April 1992.
Note: DGAC AD 92-048-024(B) refers.
Compliance: Prior to 21 February 1993.
Background: This Directive requires action to prevent arcing between fuel quantity probes and fuel tank structures in the event of a lightning strike.
Amendment 1 is issued to reflect a revision to the Requirement Document.
