AD/AMD 50/12 Right Hand Electrical Cabinet Wiring Harness 8/96
Applicability: This Directive is applicable to Mystere-Falcon 50 aeroplanes with equipment racks fitted between frames 9 and 11, aft of the right hand electrical cabinet.
Requirement: Action in accordance with Dassault Aviation Falcon 50 Mandatory Service Bulletin F50-256 dated 24 April 1996.
Note: DGAC AD 96-094-017(B) dated 24 April 1996 refers.
Compliance: Within 300 hours time in service after 18 July 1996 or prior to 31 December 1996, whichever occurs first.
Background: This Directive is issued following a report from Dassault Aviation advising of an incident resulting from a chafed wiring harness aft of the right hand electrical cabinet. The actions specified by this Directive are designed to decrease the likelihood of wire harness chafing occurring in this area.
