Background: Boeing have advised that the P13 and P14 panels on 727 and 737 series aircraft have no electrical grounding, and as a consequence the aluminium face plate and several metallic switches could become electrified. To prevent electrical shock to personnel, an electrical ground wire must be installed on the P13 and P14 panels.
