Applicability: Models 737-300 and 737-400 equipped with Air Cruisers Company forward door evacuation slides P/N D31591-448 through -454 with S/Nos 0001 to 1602.
Requirement: Action in accordance with Air Cruisers Company SB 103-25-17.

Note 2: Boeing SB 737-25-1260 refers.
Compliance: Prior to 9 August 1993.
