Requirement: Action in accordance with the technical requirements of FAA AD 91-23-09. Compliance: Prior to 10 January 1992. Background: The FAA have advised that a report has been received of loss of battery power due to a loose power feeder terminal connection. This condition, if not corrected, could result in fire and/or loss of electrical power to flight critical systems in the event of failure of the aircraft primary electrical power system.
