Applicability: Model 747 series, line numbers 001 through 113.
Requirement: Action in accordance with the technical requirements of FAA AD 92-02-01 Amdt 39- 8137.
Note: Boeing ASB 747-53A2326 refers.
Compliance: As specified in the Requirement Document.
Background: Reports have been received of cracks in certain doorstop fittings at the forward edge of number 5 main entry doors. This Directive requires on-going repetitive inspections until optional terminating action is instigated.
