Requirement: Action in accordance with the technical requirements of FAA AD 90-25-08 Amdt 39- 6816. Compliance: As specified in the Requirement Document. Background: An FAA investigation into the service history of cargo compartment fires and full- scale fire testing, revealed that, without additional cargo liner panels, fire could migrate up behind the cargo liner and cause major structural damage.
